Teachers Are A Strange Species

At first glance, teachers seem a group of serious, organised people who are dedicated to educating the country's children. However on certain occasions, you start to realise that they are actually a group of mental slightly mad people someone allow to entertain educate us. Today was a perfect example.

We went to the Freud museum today in London for Psychology! The morning was very interesting. We travelled up to London, looked around his house and sat on the couch his patients sat on. There was an exhibition on as well called "the festival of the unconscious". We found out lots about Freud and his theories. I liked it, but there are other things I would rather do in London. If you live in or near London it is definitely worth a visit though.

It was what happened afterwards that proves my point about teachers though. We were planning to walk up the road and eat lunch on a "green" underneath a Freud statue. It turned out that this "green" was a mass of trees, weeds and ivy. So, after taking a couple of crazed pictures of our teacher under the statue, we wandered through London in search of a green. Bit difficult to find one of those in London, it turns out. We saw a green area on Google maps and headed towards it, but it was someone's back garden! In the end, we ate on the coach (once it had found us).

The teachers at my school are always having mad moments like this, it makes school much more fun. Are the teachers at your school like this? Tell me in the comments.
