Sorry I haven't been posting so often lately, I have been very busy as it is the first week back at school. In assembly, our head teacher talked about the migrant crisis. One figure that stood out for me was that the USA has only promised to take half what the UK has promised, even though they have over 5 times our population and over 40 times our land mass. I know that they are very far away from Syria, but as one of the major world powers, you think they would be more helpful.
